Returns & Exchanges

We understand when something you order just doesn't quite fit. No worries! Our return and exchange process is very quick and easy. Items purchased from LongLostTees.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that all items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

 Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment.

ORDER LEAD TIMES

If you need to make special arrangements or for any other questions, please call us at 305-290-2323 (Monday-Friday, 10 am - 6 pm, (11-5, Saturdays EST). You can also use the chat icon below to talk with a representative.

All orders are sent out via standard USPS first-class or priority shipping (depending on the weight of the total order). If you need your goods sooner, contact us to arrange for express options. Please allow 5-7 days for processing on all returns and in-stock exchanges. We will notify you if a requested item is not available.


DAMAGED ITEMS


If there is a damaged item in your order when you receive it, please report this right away to get a replacement item. 

We will only need a photo of the item and damage, which you can send via email or chat.





EXCHANGES


To exchange your product(s), email us at help@longlosttees.com, or for faster service, use the chat option to work out the details. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item(s).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 If you are shipping items that total over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (USPS Priority Mail works well). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

At this time, we can not provide refunds for orders lost, missing or stolen in transit.

Contact us to make arrangements for re-delivery and we will open a missing parcel case with the USPS.
