If you lived in Columbus in the late 70s through the 90s, you almost certainly haunted North High Street, and the bygone, beloved joints that served up the good times there. Chief among them was Papa Joe's, Oar House, Park Alley and later, Mean Mr. Mustard's. There were others, too, including (of course) Bernie's, Mother Fletcher's and other bygone, and beloved, High Street joints.
